This is the SwitchRes C++ code pulled out of GroovyMAME 0.210 compiled into WebAssembly via Emscripten and running in a browser (obviously).
It is a little slow due to the large amount of console output.
The plan is to use this in a tool that will make it easy for people to determine which games they can play at native (or close to native) resolutions and refresh rates.
